Our story
We are a proud LGBTQ+, women-owned small business that began its journey six years ago in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded by Caitlin with a heartfelt mission to support single parents, our business has always been about fostering community and making a difference. In 2024, after relocating to Colorado, Caitlin's business partner joined the venture, bringing fresh energy and shared passion, making a great team. Together, we continue to work toward empowering individuals and families, staying true to our values of inclusion, resilience, and support.
Our History
Our journey began in Utah, where I, Caitlin, started this business with a simple mission: to help those who needed it most—single parents, individuals in recovery, seniors, and people with disabilities. I believe a clean home truly improves mental health and reduces stress, and cleaning became my way of making a difference.
In 2024, I relocated to Colorado, where my business partner joined me in this venture. We officially launched in November 2024, and in just a short time, we've served over 100 clients through word-of-mouth referrals alone. (We offer discounts to both new clients and those who refer them!)
Due to high demand, we're excited to expand our services—and this website marks the beginning of our online presence as we continue to grow.

When you choose Zen Home Services, you can expect nothing less than 100% satisfaction. We stand by our work, and if you're not completely happy with our service, simply notify us within 24 hours, and we'll return to redo the job free of charge. We provide all necessary cleaning equipment and products, using eco-friendly options whenever possible, unless you prefer us to use your own. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we'll always take the time to review our work with you to ensure every detail is perfect.
